When You Focus, Fear Arises: Bring in the Light!

All I wanted  was alkaline water.  It was just that simple.  And here in the south only a few places sell this type of water, and it isn’t available at the neighborhood Walmart or Corner store.

Now to some of you, this may be a frivolous request.  However, sometimes it is good to see how connected you are to your manifestation process by asking for small things from time to time. I mean, you need to have a front and center parking space on a regular basis.  Do you request it from the Uni-Verse or just drive around complaining and hoping one shows up?  And when it does, you think about how blessed, lucky or favored your are.  This is how we immediately disconnect from our own power.  We have been taught that all good coming to us, has to do with how good we are.  Well, there are people who are not so good, yet they are living an amazing life.  Why is that?  Wait . . . We will discuss this in another blog. For now let us talk about focus and manifestation.

When we are not hindered by our belief systems and programmed minds from society, it is natural to notice that the energy of life is always flowing to us.  As a matter of fact, whatever we are vibrating, thinking, feelings, focusing on, creates itself, right before our very eyes.  If you notice, the main stream media is designed to keep you vibrating on a low frequency, which will slow you down from anything you desire to manifest.

When you focus on one specific desire for 17 seconds, without trying to tell the Uni-Verse how it is to show up, then you can generate a manifestation in 3 days or less.  It is as simple as this.  The speed in which something shows up, depends on your ability to see it, receive it and accept it.  Anytime, you feel yourself anxious, worried or wanting to control and make it happen, be mindful that this very frequency resonates fear. You are attracting the opposite of what you desire. Stop. Reset. Focus on what you desire.

The day that my person wanted alkaline water, I said, “Where can I get alkaline water?”  A couple of hours later, while I was on a coaching call with a client, my new found friend text me and asked, “Did you get any water yet?”  I text back, “Nope”.  About an half hour later she walked in with a 1 gallon jug.  Immediately my grateful heart said, “Thank you Uni-Verse”.

It only takes a few moments to center

What is the hookup here:

  1. Know and say what you want.  Test the small stuff to see that you are connected.
  2. Release any attachment to what you want.  Just let go.
  3. When you hold the thought for 1at least 7 seconds, you will begin to feel relief from any worry or concern.
  4. Go on with your life, trusting the process, and being grateful. 3 days or less the shift occurs.
